What do you carry in your handbag?
G'day. I'm curious. Women seem to carry their life in their handbag... I'm just wondering... I seem to get by so simply without carrying much stuff in mine. What am I missing here? Am I just lacking on "knowing how" to be a girl? Or am I just not so high maintenance as other chicks by carrying around useless rubbish? I'd just love to know what other ladies out there carry in their bags...
Mine is just a small hand bag and I generally just carry my mobile phone, purse and lip gloss. I also have a little pack of tissues, panty liners (in the zipper part), tin of mints and a pen. That's it!
Also... I need to know... when going out to a party or an event or something and it's only sensible to carry something like a small purse bag that doesn't fit much in, what are THE essential items to take?

Over time, stuff accumulates. When you go out and can only take a clutch, take anything you may need to touch up your face like blotting sheets, a lip gloss, cell phone, and keys. i hateeee when I can't fit much in.
