OK do fitness belts actually work?
my mum got one Fitness Belts for birthday its called "Muscule Express" she never used it, so i stole it and now doing an experiment. i am 5'9" and i weigh at 75.6kg so i am by no means fat, i just want to get toned!
its first day of the expreiment and it feels wierd, like my tummy is rumbling... bad! and it makes my skin red! SO my question is does feeling like i got diorea worth the effort? or is this an another mith of the slimming industry!!!? i would like to know what people think.
and is this best way for me too go withough putting any effot in? i mean i am also doing around 150 press ups and 10 mins of leg raisers per day. but i also want something that would work between the exersize. just want to get rid of that fold on the front.. you know.
They certainly work, if the rules are followed with discipline. They improve your fitness level by removing excessive body fat, particularly in the waist area, in case of over-weight people.
