i recently signed up for kickboxing and my classes start on monday, and we are required to wear mu-Thai Shorts. but my question is what should i wear during training under my shorts, like should i wear a cup or a strap. etc..
could you please be a bit specific and if you could recommened anything please do.

If it is a full contact class wear a cup, if not just wear undies. You should have Hand Wraps and they may want you to wear gloves.
