Why don't they wear foot pads in the UFC?
Main questions says it all. additional details: Why would they not wear them in ufc kickboxing ect. because kicks in my opinion and everyone i talk to are much harder than punches and i kick which is why i don't do fights or spar my friends because i do head shots but i'm just wondering why they don't in big organizations because they can kick really hard.

The simplest reason is that it is a violation of the Unified Rules. When MMA became sanctioned, the states adopted a set of rules and the UFC follows these rules everywhere they hold an event. The Unified Rules state:
"All fighters are only allowed to wear athletic commission approved light (4-6oz) gloves, these gloves are fingerless and allow for decent grabbing as well as protecting bones, approved shorts and an approved gumshield."
Also, as others have said, the gloves are to protect the hands, not their opponents. And foot pads would give perfect handles for leg locks and cause some serious damage. But those are all secondary to violating the Unified Rules.
