the number one rule of thumb in the health and fitness industry is: IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE...IT IS!!!! don't waste your money on such crap! not to mention the fact that there is no such thing as "spot training." fat sits on top of muscle so you can tone whatever muscle as long as you want and never see results until you have lost body fat which is achieved by a combination of proper nutrition, cardio and strength training. drop the body fat THEN worry about targeting certain muscles.
