Can I put certain pictures on my blog?
I went to a public park, and I took some pictures of some Brazilian Martial Art performers along with several other people taking pictures. Can I post them on my blog even though I don't have a permission form signed by them?

While none of us can give you legal advice, if your blog is personal or editorial in nature (i.e. not used for a commercial purpose) you are fine posting photos taken in a public place - even photos of people who have no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place. If your blog is being used to sell a product and the photos of people are being used for commercial purposes, than you need a model release.
