How to train for a big competition in taekwondo(WTF)?

I train in Olympic taekwondo. I'm a member of my school's taekwondo team which will compete in the city meet that will come in less that a month. This is my senior year which means this is the last year that i will ever compete in this competition. I want to give out my best. I'm only a low yellow belt and our practice is postponed for more than two weeks!!! I want to train on my own so that i will be prepared for this can you give me tips on how to train without a instructor and a spar mate?

if you have a puch bag do skipping 3x3 minute rounds and do 3x3 min rounds on the bag to practise your kicks and punches, pretend the bag is an opponent, do left, turn and right turn kicks fast, with 180's, and axe kick when you get close to the bag explode with fast puches maybe draw the big dots on the bag like the body armour. this sort of thing should keep ya in decent shape till your tuition starts again. hope this helps.
