What is the best way to workout my fists?
i'm really good with my legs, i've been doing shoto-kan and tae-kwon-do and american grappling for over 15 years, but my hands are a bit meesed up ( old accidents) so i was wondering since my gym doesn't have a punching bag is there a way to strengthen up my fists without it
I read in a Martial Arts Book when I was a little kid about "Iron Fist Training"
You fill a large bucket with sand, and lightly punch the sand repeatedly for a length of time ever day. Eventually you move on to gravel, and long after that, you can hit concrete.
Repeated strikes to any bone cause it to calcify and grow knobby. You will want to use some lotion to keep your skin from getting really messed up.
Go easy!
