Has anybody tried the Pilates Magic Circle?
Have you seen any results? How do you use it? =)
I've used it but don't love it. You definitely see results... but you can use a ball (much cheaper) and get the same results. Basically, it gives resistence when you squeeze it together with your arms or legs, so the muscles get stronger. You either hold the handles in your hands and push together, or between your thighs/knees and push. I don't think for me it's worth the money, but if you'll use it, go for it! (Like I said, it definitely works if you use it consistently.)
