How do you get the v-shaped torso, per buttocks, etc. for a guy?

I'm looking for a kind of detailed routine.
What exercises? Running (how long, often)? What muscle groups to focus on? Which days?
What specific exercises? (push-ups, lunges, free-weights wtvr)

I have access to a somewhat equipped gym, but as much calisthenics as possible would be fantastic. I have a pullup bar.

30 min to 1 hr, 5 days a week
Also, please tell me how long it will take for me to get there.

What kind of diet will I need? What specific kinds of food, how much, etc?

I'm about 180 pounds, 6'1'', in OK shape already. I'm just tired of being average.

ALSO, if you are a girl, please comment on what you think about the "perfect form" for a guy to have.

A lot of it is diet. I'm sure you already know, low in calories, and high in protein. If you have a lot of fat it's either not going to show very well, or it won't show at all no matter how much muscle you build. For your torso you're going to want to do a lot of pull-ups (with your arms far apart, not close together), and use the arm pull-down machine (again far apart). For your butt, do squats, leg press, and lunges. Remember hard work, and take it one step at a time. It's going to take a while to get where you want to be. Keep at it though.
