what do you do when you get holes in the palm of your hockey gloves?
Is there a place i can take them to get them fixed? I would hate to have to buy a new pair of gloves just because there is a hole in the palms. Before i used to just get new gloves because it didnt happen too often, and the gloves i had were not that expensive. I paid almost 100 for the gloves i have now and i want to get a few more years of use with them. any suggestions would help.
First off, the prices of hockey gloves have come way down over the past two or three years, atleast here in Canada.
The palms in the gloves always go early, so either get new palms put in at a sports store or shoe repair place or you can just use tape, wrapping it around the fingers or palm of the glove. Depending how big the hole(s) are, you can just continue to use them as is. If your fingers are coming out of the gloves, then it is time to worry ... to many slashes and accidents to the fingers to just let it go.
