Place to donate used Medical Equipment?
I have a pair of crutches, two knee braces, and a knee wrap that was used to hold re-freezable gel packs to my knee after recent knee surgery. They were only used a couple of months and are in excellent condition... I would like to donate them to a charity that could help ensure that the patients who don't have insurance can use them, but don't know who or where to go to find out. I'm in Iowa.
You can donate these items to Goodwill Industries in your area or maybe contact some local churches, most will have specific charities and/or missions that they support that could certainly use medical equipment of ANY kind for overseas and local causes.
