What's the highest percentage submission from rubber guard?
I know the standard arm bar (where you lay on ur side, foot under their chin) and of course the Oma Plata, but the other moves I try (Go-Go Plata and the Loco Plata) all seem to be foiled easily when my uke postures up.
I don't know that there have been any studies on it, but it seems like the Triangle Choke pops up the most. If you're having problems with your go go, you have to control his posture first, by controlling his head, or maybe with an under hook, then slide your shin in front of him.
