What kind of Focus Mitts are better for combat training? padded or gel contoured?
I have been looking to purchase some new focus mitts for boxing and i have always used the Foam Padded. Now I was considering using gel, because I read it absorbs the shock of punches better. Which is better?
The gel system is a joke. Keep it old skol don't believe the hype.
