my foot is looks bruised?
this is embarrassing maybe but I kicked real hard in class and now there is like a red area below my toe and you know the curve of the foot? it hurts at the bottom of that curve. I want to rest it out do you think I'll be fine? I have martial arts class next week
I will be fine but you're right, you do need to rest it. Also apply some ice 2-3 times a day and take some Ibuprofen which will help with the inflammation and you should be just fine
