How to loose weight in your waist area?
I saw a girl on Tyra who said she used to be skinny but wanted a bigger butt/breasts and still a small waist so she just worked out her abdominal muscles in order to have a tiny waistline but still have some curves. Is that actually possible?
I gained a little weight freshman year and I'd like to have a flat tummy again, but I don't want to give up the extra cleavage that I got from the weight gain. I'm not overweight, I just want to loose maybe 5 pounds so I won't have a belly-pooch thing. But I'm afraid if I loose too much my boobs will get smaller!!!
Here's my questions, I hope you understand them.
1. Is it possible to concentrate weight loss in a specific part of the body, or does your body take energy from all areas of the body, regardless of which part of the body you're working out?
2. If it IS possible to concentrate weight loss, what diet and excercise routine would be best to lose weight in the waist?
your boobs will only get smaller if you stop eating all together or limiting your food because thats the first area your body will use fat from, thats probably how that girl lost weight. (you can ask a dietician that one, its true)
if you start doing crunches or exercises similar to that regularly you will notice a difference to your belly.. make sure you use different varieties.

you can target specific areas by using specific exercises like the crunch. however your diet won't affect specific areas
oh and i'm guessing you want to tone your body up.. if you weigh yourself after a while of doing these exercises don't panic if you weigh the same or more.. muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less room hence you look slimer.
