I bought this really heavy hoola hoop that is supposed to help you trim fat around your waist. Have any of your tried it and does it work? And how did you exercise with it and when did you see your results?
my friend has also lost A LOT of weight by hoola hooping. she also took some classes, and really recommends it for anyone looking to stay in shape.
