Can TB patient go for GYM?
HI i recently come to know that i got TB. I am perfectly alright physically. i have no cough, fever etc.. i have got a gland enlarged in my meck then i went to doctor and dcotor said take chest xray. they suspected it's a TB and started a medication with higdose antibiotics. I was surprised to hear that i have TB. i dont smoke and drink also. Anyhow i wanted to get rid of this problem now. I am under going medical treatment now. i want your guidance about diet and excercise etc.. what kind of diet i can follow?Cna i go for work(money:( )? Can i go for workouts(gym)? Any suggestions so that i can make my immune system better. I apprecite your help thanks
