can hitting focus mitts increase your strength in punches and sit ups for ditermination etc?
i played rocky ledgends and this is what you had to do when you were training to build so is it true
Focus mitts do what their name implies, they help with accuracy, not power.
If you want power, hit the Heavy Bag or do heavy resistance training. Sit-ups don't increase determination, only your mind and your heart do.
