Focus: Let the sun shine in
As temperatures rise, so do our electricity bills. With El Niño domination this summer the sun has been shining its brightest, with temperatures in Metro Manila reaching a record high of 37.5°C last Wednesday. It was considered the hottest day to date this year. State weather forecasters warned that there will be more scorching days ahead, as rains are not likely to fall in the next two weeks.
