Can anyone advise me in in a 5-10lb weight loss?
I can not seem to shed 5-10lbs that i gained int eh last year. I am a 26 yr old female, 5'3" and weigh 125lbs. I really do eat very healthy so this is why I am asking advise. I am a vegetarian and count my calories, I have stuck with 1,200 cals a day, work out 3-4 times aday, joggin 3 miles, weights, step classes... Still, everytime i get on the scales, it shows 125 - i just can not get rid of it. Its all excess weight around my tummy and sides that bothers me most. I have read up on alli, and thinking of trying this, but really hate resorting to pills, but I have tried everything else.
Don't resort to pills.
I actually dropped my "stubborn" weight with Jillian Michael's book Making The Cut.
