who would win in a street fight?
a professional mma fighter or a person who studies the ma but focus only on self deffense and does not compete.
In other words someone who is use to fighting in cages with shorts and gloves and rules or somone who does not fight much but just practices and has no rules of what goes.
the mma fighter wins because the mma guy is use to going up against a guy who wants to beat them up the Self Defence guy is not, Mma Training is solely practical training, while self defence training heavily theory based training (as in, in theory this works).
What I also find is that if you are use to taking a punch (the mma guy) they always do better in a fight than a person who is not (the self defence guy)
remember you said that the self defence guy does not fight much so not use to real fighting
