stubborn belly fat!?

Im 5'4''. I wear a size 7. My only trouble spot is my belly! I played rugby in college, have always been active. I joined a Kick Boxing gym up until two months ago. No matter what...i can't get that wash board stomach! I don't have an elusive "muffin top"--but you can see it...or at least i think you can!
How can I target that area?? I know crunches--but if you can help me with specific exercises (or routine) or machines--that would be great!

I eat well--i do indulge in some mcdonalds but that is maybe once or twice a month. I eat lots of fruits and drink plenty of water.
I have cut out soda about 99% and sugary snacks.
I work with kids with autism. I spend my entire day running around. I can't really afford to starve myself or drastically reduce my calorie intake. I need the natural energy so that I can work!

I am hispanic so I have natural curves that I like. I don't expect muscle upon muscle abs. I don't want janet jackson abs--but just flat stomach would be great.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.
Every week add to the number of repetitions.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
