Kick Boxing question ??
first i had this boxing bag and it was soft ,,, i could hit it barehand.... i kicked it hard so it tore apart so i got a new one but this one is like a wall ,,, its about 100 pounds and when i hit it i wear Mma Gloves no wraps but my hand hurt like hell after . so does my shin ... what can i do to fix it ,,, will it get better over time cuz i got the bag yesterday or will i have to change it
thats how the 100lb bag is (i have one). i have mine hanging so they bottom (the hardest part) is at my waist height. you shouldnt have a prob with your hands after awhile you should get used to it. if you have a smooth baseball bat wack at it for awhile to soften it up a bit. it wont change much but a little would probly help for you. not to be a douche but i dont like soft punching bags i only like hitting the hard ones
