When I workout with weights, why dont I get sore anymore? I feel like im not getting nothing done.?
I been weightlifting for about 2 weeks straight, but I dont get sore anymore. Should I lift heavier weights? To get into bodybuilding would I be focusing more on the burn or lifting heavier weight? I' ve been eating healthy, more proteins and moderate carbs, low fat. How much does sleep play a role. I get about 5hrs of sleep on average a night. I a not totally new to strength training and do alot of calistenics.
I know I need to lift heavier weights, so should I focus on 10-12 reps with most my workouts?
If you're making progress and getting stronger then it doesn't matter if you're getting sore or not.
You should be lifting progressively heavier weight as you get stronger. You don't need to change your routine until you hit a plateau.
