can only Black Belts wear the uniform with a black collar? (taekwondo WTF)?
If you go by World Tae Kwon Do Federation standards then yes, only Black Belt students ranked 1st degree or above should be permitted to wear the black collar uniforms; however...most TKD schools today will allow any rank to wear that same uniform because the student wants it and there for they make money by selling it to them. There are still a few traditional TKD dojang around that do not permit ranks below black belt to wear this uniform but in all honesty why would one need it? Uniforms were made to be functional...not cool looking.
