Is it worth it to take the "KickBoxing Skills & Choreography" $129 class at AFAA?
I've trained Taekwondo, Sanshou/Muay Thai at a school for the past 10 years or more and I pretty much grew up taking Martial Arts. But I've never taught a class moreover choreograph a class. I have an interview to be an instructor in 2 weeks and I'm getting nervous.
Do you think this class will help? Or it's useless since I already know. Has anyone taken this class?
