Sandals with a built in arch support?
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and was wondering if anyone knows of somwhere I could buy a pair of sandals with built in arch supports? I have got orthotics which I can wear in closed in shoes and boots but I can't wear them with sandals.
I have to wear podiatry inserts as a result of a very severe sprain 3 years ago that has left me with a foot support problem, even after months of physio!.
I was given some shoe inserts to cradle my feet, but these were painful to walk on after so long!
I have now bought some Scholl sandals with a built in footbed support in them . This range is called Adapta, and believe you me, they are fantastic, all pain has gone!
The website has a sale of these Adapta sandles, mine were £10 and £15 and should have cost £90 for both pairs!
The next best thing i found were mock Crocks, they are brilliant for supporting the arches and lessening foot pain too.
