should I lift weights without creatine?
I forgot I was out of creatine today. I use Apex Volumizer, it says to take 4 tablets before workout, and then split up the remaining throughout the day. Since I go to the gym at the night I take 4 before a workout and I get so busy the next day that I forgot about taking the 10. So I end up taking only the 4. Is it worth going to the gym or should I wait til tomorrow?
Yes, go to the gym.
I've used creatine but didn't like the way it made me gain water weight. I didn't notice much difference when I gave it up, especially on the first day. There was a slight performance dip for a few days after that, but nothing that would make me think my workouts were a bust.
