Which adjustable weight set is the best and why?
After watching the bow flex selech tech commercial, It does seem like it would be nice to have a more convenient set. Then I read a lot about other brands, not sure which one to go with. There's power block, iron masters, and probably some other brands I don't know about. Can you recommend a brand that you liked better and why? If you've have tried many can you let me know the pros and cons of each. Thank you.
I bought a bow flex about a year ago. I love it, if you just want to get toned up, healthy and more energy and look better i would go with a bow flex, Bow flex is all resistant machine, not to bulk up, you do get stronger but not bigger. I do free weights and resistant strength training. and i have no idea about the other equipment. hope this helps.
